The Moncton Northeast Construction Association is the employers’
organization, accredited under the New Brunswick Industrial Relations Act,
as the sole bargaining agent for contractors using unionized Labourers and
Carpenters.
The accreditation with Local 900 of the Labourers' International Union
of North America covers the New Brunswick Counties of Albert, Westmorland,
Kent, Northumberland, Gloucester and Restigouche. The bargaining
relationship also includes Madawaska County.

MNECA’s accreditation with Local 1386 the United Brotherhood of
Carpenters and Joiners of America covers the New Brunswick Counties of
Albert, Westmorland, Kent, Northumberland and Gloucester. The bargaining
relationship also includes Restigouche County.

The Moncton Northeast Construction Association also provides
management services to the Mechanical Contractors Association of New
Brunswick.
MCA New Brunswick is also accredited under the
Industrial Relations Act to bargain with the United Association of Plumbers
and Pipefitters. There are four locals to which their accreditation
applies: Local 694 includes Westmorland, Albert and Kent Counties; Local
799 includes Northumberland County; Local 512 includes Gloucester and
Restigouche Counties; local 772 covers Madawaska, Victoria, Carleton, York
and Sunbury Counties.
MCA New Brunswick also has a bargaining relationship
with the Sheet Metal Workers International Association Local 437 covering
the Counties of Westmorland, Albert, Kent, Northumberland, Gloucester, Restigouche,
Madawaska, Victoria, Carleton York and Sunbury.
